  8. Shipping: Production and delivery times vary by product and location. Carrier delays, weather, or other factors may affect delivery. Ensure your shipping address is accurate; we cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  9. Returns & Replacements: Most items are personalized, so we only offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced products. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. Non-custom products follow the guidelines in our Refund Policy.
